Responsibilities:
• Timely Payments and Reconciliation, LC/BG Saving in Interest Cost
• Manage and process daily Payment as per Schedule or requirement with high accuracy and Proper vigilance
• Optimize the use of Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG) to minimize interest costs
• Daily/Monthly/Quarterly budgeted cash outflow and Inflow Management
• Ensure the complete end to end loan process
• Ensure that proper documentation is maintained
• Prepare various reports for renewal and new finance opportunities
• Explore opportunities for negotiating better terms with financial institutions
• Generate accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports like Investment ROI, DFR, Cash Flow, CMA, Loans, BG/LC Utilization, FDRs etc
• Efficiently manage databases to store and retrieve critical information
• Keep all banking records along with Mortgaged property documentation, filed applications, Board resolutions etc
• Build and maintain strong relationship with banks and other institutions
• Continuous watch on changes in RBI norms and interest rates, prepare comparatives and take the necessary action on loan portfolio
• Ensure proper BRS and identify risks and gap
• Proper Operation & management of Various Banking Channels to be used for payments
• Ensure Payments to be processed through ERP System and software adhering to the Preset processes
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and software.
• Experience in handling complex financial reporting, reconciliations, and ERP systems.
• Proper understanding of Banking-payment Channels and Processes.
• Knowledge of Basic Accounting Principles, processes and Compliances
• 2-4 years of experience is required.
