Upperline Legal is teaming up with the Managing Partner of a Top Am Law 125 firm to recruit experienced Bankruptcy Partners, Counsel and Senior Associates for its Houston office. This firm has launched a Houston Growth Initiative for 2026 with Bankruptcy as a key priority in the firm's growth strategy.
The ideal candidate would have portable business in excess of $600,000 with rates between $400-$800. The firm assigns each new attorney with a Business Director dedicated to helping their attorneys expand their client base, offering a transparent compensation structure and a strong integration plan.
