Designation: Business Development Manager
Office Location: KLI - Bhubaneswar 1 - Radhika Complex Bhubaneswar (East)
Educational qualification - Bachelor's Degree
Required work experience - 12 to 15 years in Life Insurance
Roles And Responsibilities
• To manage team of ABDMs, SMs and Sales Associates in the state
• To coach and mentor team in mobilizing life insurance business from the assigned locations/ districts.
• To achieve NOP and premium target of the unit by generating business through team of reportees
• Will also be instrumental in designing and executing schemes for the partner
• Will be responsible for driving Quality Parameters like ECS, low surrenders, low FLCs etc
• MIS management for the team and channel
• Daily / Monthly Activity Monitoring of team
• Candidate must work in open architecture
