Job Description
Client and Delivery management:
- Responsible for successfully managing the delivery for the existing clients and pilots and projects, for clients including buy/sell-side, investment banks, PE/VC firms, conducting firms, and corporations, across regions
- Lead a team of 40+ analysts across equity, credit, ESG, and strategy and business research
- Successfully deliver variety of research assignments including equity/credit modeling, initiation coverage notes, investment idea generation research coverage maintenance, industry research, news & impact analysis, and M&A analysis
- Contribute towards revenue generation by supporting on the account mining and new project wins
- Contribute towards new service/product development through innovation.
- Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for team members
- Do regular mentoring & career development plans for team members
- Marketing, business development, organization development support
- Support on business proposals, Scope of Work documents, collaterals, and samples
- Effectively contribute on business calls with clients and prospects
- Contribute towards marketing & thought leadership content development
- Assist the Sales and Presales in executing marketing & business development campaigns. Not responsible for Sales numbers, however active support and guidance is expected
- Execute/participate in other organizational development initiatives
Educational, experience, and skills requirements:
- Post graduate/CFA/CA/MBA Finance & equivalent
- 17+ years of international research experience in credit/ equity research, from global banks, wealth management firms, sell-side/buy-side firms, and KPOs
- Hands-on experience in delivering equity/ credit research notes/models, public and private company valuation, industry research, and M&A analysis
- Proven client and team management experience of at least 8 years; preferably in a similar setup
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
- A person with strong values, ethics/principles, and integrity will be preferredlient and Delivery management
