Job description

Requirement: Good Spoken English, Mailing, handling Calls, Basic Computer Knowledge.

> Timely attend all the telephone calls using clear, professional & warm language.

> Answer phone, direct to appropriate person and / or take messages.

> Promptly respond to all inquiries via phone and mail.

> Prepare signage and menu items for all banquet events function.

> Sending Banquet event proposals to the guests and being in timely contact with them.

> Present and inform about different banquet halls within the property.
