Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Banquet Manager at Swosti Group of Hotels & Resorts located in Puri. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day banquet operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of service and quality in the food and beverage department.
Qualifications
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage management
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Previous experience as a Banquet Manager is a must
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Job Descriptions
• Plan the A-Z of the layout and set up of an event.
• Assign roles and duties to the staff, including the assistant banquet manager, and ensure that the event goes as per the plan.
• Oversee décor, layouts, placements, and factors that add to the look and feel of the venue.
• Take care of the special requests and queries that come from the guests.
• Monitor the food and beverages section efficiently as a banquet service manager.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
• 3+ years of experience as a Banquet Manager at a reputed Hotel.
