3+ years of experience in banquet/events management, particularly weddings
Exceptional ability to plan marriage and event layout, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
Experience in managing the entire property and leading the team.
Good knowledge and hands-on with computers is manadatory.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi and English)
Generating business by identifying and planning different sources of revenue generation.
Sales & Marketing – Lead Generation, Cold-Calling, and E-mailing to Prospective clients along with database management.
Association with different vendors and other stakeholders.
Listing rooms and managing booking on different booking platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices.
Establishment and execution of entire bank end processes.
