Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Banquet Manager located on-site in New Delhi. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, organizing, and managing events. Duties include coordinating with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining quality standards in food and beverage service, and handling any issues that arise during events. Responsilbities also include managing the crockery and utility team and giving proper requirements for the same.
Qualifications
• Strong Customer Service, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage management
• Proficiency in Hiring and managing staff
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solving
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or catering industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
