Job Description
Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier is a unique, boutique style property at the foot of Lonsdale, near the Lonsdale Quay. We are looking for Banquet Server, as an ambassador for the Hotel and must be a multi-functional individual with an attention for the finer details.
Duties
Provide excellent guest service in F&B functions and meeting events
Set up and tear down
Help maintain clean and organized workplace
Be health and safety conscious and involved in maintaining a safe work environment
Complies with Pinnacle Hotel policies and code of ethics
Job Requirements:
Serving It Right Certificate
Previous experience as Banquet Server
Must be well self-motivated, responsible and well organized
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including: weekends and holidays and irregular hours
Have excellent communication and guest service skills
Possesses an eye for the smallest details
Maintains a flexible schedule to accommodate operational needs of a hotel environment
Physical Demands:
Lifting – under 30 lbs
Carrying – over 30 lbs
Pulling – over 30 lbs. – bending, standing, reaching and kneeling
