Job Description:
As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service during events and functions. You will be responsible for setting up, serving, and cleaning up during events, all while ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Preparation: Set up tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary items for events according to the event specifications.
Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner. Ensure all guests’ needs are met and address any requests or concerns.
Clean-Up: Efficiently clear and clean tables, chairs, and other equipment after the event. Ensure the venue is left in excellent condition.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth event execution.
Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor. Uniforms will be provided.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
