The Best Western Plus Fernie Mountain Lodge is looking for Servers or bartenders to join our team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
Prepare and serve beverages (bartender role)
Handle cash and payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as a server or bartender (intermediate level)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Flexible availability
Serve It Right and
Food Safe certification (considered a plus)
