Job Description
Must be customer service oriented and able to assist customers with special needs, Work within tight deadlines, Pay close attention to detail, Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, Ability to plan and organize, Direct, Control and evaluate daily operations, Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Delegate staff duties, Monitor staff performance, Coach and encourage/Inspire/ motivate a diverse team, work along side staff, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Uphold company standards.
Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages, enforce provincial/territorial legislation and regulations, Have a basic bar service knowledge, Assist with serving and bartending, Accurately record and serve specialty diet and allergy requirements, set up/ lay out of rooms, setting tables, maintain/ clean facility after functions, tend to and anticipate clients needs, coordinate and communicate with team members, ability to work independently and with in a team.
Essential Skills: Read English text, Numeracy, Writing, Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organization, Significant use of memory, Continuous learning, Weight handling up to 50lbs repeatedly

Experience in Food and Beverage is strongly recommended
Management or Leadership Experience of at least 1-3 years is Required
Must be bondable
On site parking and/or Public transportation is available
***Must be able to work flexible hours based on the seasonal levels of business*** (hours are scheduled based on the seasonal demand and therefore are not guaranteed but opportunities for full time hours may arise)
Wage: Starting - $17, Raises available after probationary period has been satisfied. Gratuities are separate and based on hours worked
