THE JOB:
As a Banquet Cook, you will play a key role in setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience by showcasing your culinary expertise. You'll provide high-quality food to guests from all over the world. In your role, you will collaborate with front-of-house staff to create unforgettable memories that guests will cherish long after their stay with us.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Showcase your culinary passion by preparing various menu items while adhering to established recipes and standards
Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas
Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Ability to read recipes and cook from scratch
Experience working as a cook in high-volume, large production kitchen environments
Comfortable working in a restaurant kitchen and utilizing culinary tools, equipment, and techniques
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
