BAP HR Ops Analyst
## Responsibilites
📍Support with work permit issuance.
📍Liaise with external vendors for insurance requests.
📍Manage relationships with banking representatives for employee personal banking requests.
📍Manage relationship with external vendor for visa issues.
📍Regularly update relevant spreadsheets and systems with new employee data information.
📍Manage all inquiries on internal communication channel.
## Requirements
📍Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields of studies.
📍Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
📍Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders with strong communication skills in building and sustaining work relationships.
📍Good command of MS office applications.
📍Patient and sensitive to data.
📍With experience in SuccessFactors HCM would be advantageous.
📍Team player and quick learner.
