The Role
As a Bar Alchemist, you’ll be at the heart of Kochchi’s Island Alchemy — where Sri Lankan botanicals meet local spirits and global inspiration. You’ll mix, shake, and serve drinks that capture our culture’s warmth and imagination.
You’ll:
Craft cocktails and drinks that celebrate Sri Lankan botanicals and locally inspired spirits.
Deliver engaging, heartfelt service that makes guests feel instantly welcome.
Learn and share the stories behind our ingredients and creative process.
Keep the bar running smoothly — organised, clean, and full of positive energy.
Collaborate with the team to create signature cocktails and seasonal specials that express Kochchi’s personality.
Uphold Kochchi’s values: creativity, authenticity, and care in everything you do.
