Bar & Floor Positions Available at The Perky Nel: Modern Neighbourhood Pub in Clapham South - SW4 9DW

Our Bar and Floor Staff Roles:
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality are essential—we can train the rest
Enjoy engaging with people and striking up conversations.
Previous experience in waiting, bartending, barista work, or cocktails is a plus.
Teamwork, dedication to guest satisfaction, and reliability are key.

What's In It For You:
Permanent full/part-time roles available, paying minimum of £10 per hour or National living wage if higher, up to £12 per hour, depending on experience.
Tronc paid on top.
Additional tronc/service payments averaging £1- per hour.
Total earnings of up to £13.00 per hour.
Immediate starts and a focus on employee well-being, including Mental Health First Aiders and employee assistance support.
Long-term career opportunities with an established, independent pub operator.
