Bar Attendant

Located on the beautiful shores of Fannie Bay, the Darwin Trailer Boat Club Inc is one of Darwin’s premier, award-winning waterfront venues. Renowned for its relaxed coastal atmosphere and exceptional service, the Club is a favorite destination for both locals and visitors.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. If you are passionate about hospitality, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, with precision and consistency.
Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented bar area at all times
Follow standard recipes and procedures while minimizing waste
Monitor stock levels, restock as required, and assist with inventory control and ordering
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Adhere to workplace health and safety standards and responsible service practices
Skills & Experience
2 years of experience in a bar attendant role.
Current Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) certification.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers and bar techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Employment Details
Full-time position (38 hours per week)
Based on-site at Fannie Bay, Darwin NT
Includes evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts as required
