To be considered for this role, we are looking for:
At least 2 years in a bartender role in a restaurant, club or hotel environment
POS system experience
Strong cocktail knowledge
Valid RSA
Attention to detail and desire to deliver exceptional customer service
Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
You will be responsible for:
Dispensing bar, spirits and tap beer
Crafting cocktails
Delivering guests outstanding and memorable customer service
Operating daily bar procedures and processes
Sharing in the overall duties within the restaurant
Contributing a positive influence within an innovative and vibrant team culture
