Job Description
Daily Operations Management: Supervise daily bar operations and manage the other team members.
Staff Training and Development: Train bar staff to understand patron preferences and make personalised drink recommendations.
Menu Design and Updates: Assist in creating and updating drink menus, developing new cocktail recipes, and informing clients about new beverages and offers.
Customer Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve escalated customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
Supplier Relations and Stock Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the bar is always well-stocked.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure all staff adhere to health, alcohol, and other relevant regulations.
Vendor and Partner Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for vendors, technicians, DJs, security, and other representatives.
Marketing Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the bar.
Assisting with Service: Help with drink preparation, serving, and sales as required.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the bar operates in accordance with all relevant permits and the Sale and Supply of ******* Act of 2012.
Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $30 to $37 per hour.
Other requirements for the role:
Must hold a minimum relevant Level 6 Diploma in management or 1 year of relevant experience.
Available to work on weekends.
