Full job description

A Wahlburgers Bar Manager is an experienced professional committed to delivering the best in guest experience, working closely with the Restaurant Manager in cultivating a winning culture in a high-volume, fast-paced and extremely rewarding atmosphere.

Job functions include:

Managing all operational aspects of the bar, including rostering and managing staff;

Stock control, ordering, recipe and COGS management experience; and waste control management;

Outstanding guest service skills, above and beyond hospitality mindset; • Ensuring the wellbeing and safe consumption of ******* by patrons on premise;

Compliance with health and safety standards and liquor laws and regulations; • Ability to execute recipes to brand standards;

Knowledge of market trends and seasonal and regional flavours for rotating features and specials; • Quality Assurance experience;

A passion for beers, spirits, liqueurs, and wine;

A desire and ability to mentor and develop a driven and professional bar team, creating a great working culture;

Ability to work autonomously and take ownership and responsibility for driving the bar experience; and

Availability to work nights and weekends is a must.
