We have a full time and permanent position available for someone to work between the bar and night porter departments.
The Night Porter shifts will be 2 nights per week covering the days off of our full time night porter. Hours of work are 11pm until 8am and involves ensuring the hotel is safe and secure during the night and to be on hand for any assistance guests may require.
This role will become 45 hours per week covering the full-time night porters holidays.
Full time hours when only covering days off will be made up from working the remaining 3 days per week in the Bars department.
Our lounge bar has recently been completely refurbished and offers our guests a modern and contemporary environment to relax and enjoy great products and great service. The bar is busy day and night serving everything from bar snacks and coffee to cocktails and fine wines.
Previous bar and Barista experience in a fast paced environment would be an advantage but so will a passion for customer care and an understanding of high-end service.
This role is a full time role with a mix of split and straight shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment usage.
LIVE-IN ACCOMMODATION
We offer a very high standard of on-site, live-in accommodation with single en-suite rooms. We provide live in accommodation free of charge along with meals on and off duty. There are no bills.

• 28 paid holidays per year
We have a great team of staff, of all nationalities and ideally are looking for someone to join the team that can commit to a minimum of 6 months although preferably 12 months. Positions are full-time and permanent
