Northbourne Group are on the hunt for Hospitality specialist & Bar crew to join our team for the exciting 2026 Spring & Summer event season which will begin in November!

Northbourne is Australia's most experienced and versatile event, bar & catering management team with over 80 years experience amongst our team.
Northbourne brings together some of the best drink slinging experts from around Australia to exciting and unique events — ranging from boutique activations, pop up theatre and art performances right through premier music festivals.

You will meet other bar legends, make some great friends and get paid a great wage to work in some of the most exciting environments the hospo industry has to offer. There is no limit on the amount of shows you can work!

What you need to bring to the team?
1. It's more than slinging bevies all day. You know how to send positive vibes and have a cracking attitude that the patrons love. This means great customer service and knowing what it means to work as a team.
2. A current RSA is critical and a good understanding of the RSA laws to ensure we do right by our patrons.
3. Bar experience is a big help but if you don’t have any – not a deal breaker. We know everyone needs to start somewhere and we will find the right events for you to get your start.
