About Us:
The Red Boats is Auckland’s premier charter cruise operator, offering a variety of experiences from party cruises to scenic harbour cruises and private charters. With stunning views of the Waitematā Harbour and a reputation for unforgettable events, we’re all about making sure our guests have an amazing time—and that starts with our team!
Your Role:
As a member of our bar staff, you’ll be the face behind the drinks, ensuring every guest enjoys top-quality service aboard our vessels. You’ll work across a range of cruises and events, helping to create a fun, safe, and memorable atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
Operating the till and handling cash/EFTPOS transactions
Ensuring the bar is stocked, clean, and well-presented
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Assisting with general duties onboard as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred, but not essential)
A LCQ is a big plus (not essential full training will be provided)
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Must be legally able to work in NZ
