The Role
We are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, and as a Front of House Supervisor, you will lead by example to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service from the moment our guests arrive.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll keep your team organised, well-informed, and well-trained, ensuring they are fully committed to delivering an exceptional experience. Your role focuses on creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining high service standards.
No two days in hospitality are the same, but typically, you’ll brief and support your team, manage guest enquiries, oversee food and drink service, and ensure the bar is fully prepared with staff effectively delegated. You’ll also uphold key standards, such as the Weights and Measures Act, to maintain consistency and compliance.
As a leader, you’ll champion excellent communication during handovers, foster a positive and motivated team environment, and act as a true ambassador for the Cofton Holidays brand, ensuring the business is always presented at its very best.
We will give you full training and support, but there are a couple of things we need:
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
• Supervisory or team management experience
• Experience with training and coaching a team would be beneficial
• Exceptional communication skills
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
• Flexibility with ability to work weekends and bank holidays

Contractual hours are 40 hours a week, hours are distributed via a rota and include weekend/evening working. Due to the nature of our business there is a need for flexibility with working patterns during our peak and off peak seasons.
