Now, we're looking for a passionate and motivated Bar Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant in the heart of St James's, London.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and take orders promptly with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Deliver drinks, cocktails, and food (when required) with precision, ensuring the correct order, presentation, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining area.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Assist in replenishing stations and supporting the team during peak times.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experienced: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Hospitality-Driven: Passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Detail-Oriented: Attentive to guest preferences, ensuring personalised service and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with guests and team members.
• Adaptable: Able to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure during busy dining periods.
• Knowledgeable: Familiar with fine dining etiquette, wine pairing, and menu offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests.
