Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items
Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times, including the coffee station and seating areas
Greet customers warmly, take orders, and process payments accurately using the POS system
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and respond to customer needs and questions
Assist with stocking, restocking, and managing inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other café supplies
Follow food safety and hygiene standards and health regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations
Qualifications:
Previous barista or café experience preferred
Passion for coffee and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, reliable, and a team player
Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed
