Job Profile :
· Good knowledge of brews and beverages
· Mixologists experimenting with new flavours for the café
· Stock management and inventory of goods at the café and warehouse
· Building/merchandise high-end product variety for café
· Build on the hamper and gifting ideas in tandem with store heads for festive gifting and everyday gifting
· Coordinate orders for café and hampers, including client liaison for orders, accounting and achieving delivery timelines.
· Timely stock check and management of perishables with expiry dates in mind
· Update weekly and daily stock of café
· Coordinate for timely vendor payments
Job Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Office Timings: 10.30am to 07.30pm
Work Experience - Minimum 4 years
Salary shall commensurate as per experience
