Designation: Barista
Location: Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad
Experience: 2-3 years as a Barista
Salary: upto 25k
Role and Responsibilities:
Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP
Following the defined steps of guest service
Maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects of the store
Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store
Managing product hygiene and expiry
Managing store visual merchandising
Having basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine
Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating themwhile working
Handling the basic level product-related complaints as the per process
Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records
Supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliations
Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Desired skills for the above roles
Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in the similar profile
Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage.
Experience in a retail setting will be an added advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Flexible and works well with a team
Ability to multitask
Experience in luxury retail or hospitality
