Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to ******** gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.
We have a series of fascinating events on the horizon at Old Parliament House including Friday Night Drinks, our Floriade High Tea, wine pairing dinners and much, much more. Our cosy Courtyard Café will be transforming with a whole new menu and a new restaurant. We are now on the lookout for a great Barista to come and join the ride with us at a very exciting time!
The Role:
Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed
Excellent communication, with great customer service skills.
Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
Calibrating the grind at regular intervals.
Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.
The Person:
You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for an excellent customer experience.
You get to know your regulars and know their order by heart.
You love a chat and can demonstrate assurance around your coffee expertise.
You are highly polished and can thrive within a corporate environment.
