Experienced Baristas Wanted for Full-Time & Part-Time Positions
Are you a passionate and experienced baristas with a flair for crafting exceptional coffee? We're have four bustling cafes with positions available at our Kinross and Craigie venues and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
We are primarily seeking a full-time barista to contribute to our dynamic team. However, we are open to considering highly skilled part-time applicants as well.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Experience: You must have a strong background as a barista, including a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso machine operation.
Exceptional Skills: You can consistently produce high-quality coffee, with great latte art and a strong focus on efficiency and consistency during peak hours.
Customer-Focused: You are friendly, approachable, and enjoy interacting with customers. You can take orders accurately and handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Team Player: You're reliable and willing to work as part of a close-knit team, helping with other cafe duties as needed (e.g., cleaning, stocking, and food preparation).
