About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to deliver exceptional coffee and customer service within our 5‑star, premium built facilities. This role is ideal for a confident and respectful individual who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in quality and presentation, and is motivated to support others while managing multiple priorities under pressure. If you're looking for a role where you can take pride in your coffee service, while creating a sense of warmth and familiarity to residents, family, friends and staff, we may just have the role for you!

This role requires the successful applicant to be available Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and beverages to a consistently high standard
Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, professional, and respectful approach
Confidently operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously during busy service periods
Remain calm and efficient when working under pressure
Support, motivate, and assist with training team members as required
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and food safety standards at all times
Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications/Certificates/Professional Experience

Experience and the willingness to excel in the hospitality industry.
Ability to provide exceptional food and beverage service.
Excellent customer service skills and proficiency to work as part of a high performing team.
Courteous and pleasant attitude towards residents, guests and colleagues.
Confidence to work proactively and autonomously.
Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) Certificate (or the willingness to obtain one).
(Desirable) Food Safety Certificate
(Desirable) Completion of accredited Barista Course
