Keiths Coffee Shop on Black Jack street Cirencester is seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and have experience as a Barista .
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders and serve fo
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
Prepare simple food items and beverages, including barista-style coffee where applicable
Manage cash register transactions with basic maths skills for accurate billing
Assist with setting up tables and clearing after service
Handle customer enquiries politely and efficiently, resolving any issues professionally
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Barista experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for those interested in coffee preparation
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
Friendly demeanour with strong communication skills
Organised with an eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
