About Us

We are a proudly local bakery café, with a strong focus on providing high-quality products, customer satisfaction, and fostering comradery and teamwork. Our strong growth and high staff retention rate are a testament to our positive and supportive work environment. Our staffed hours are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The Role

As a team member, you'll play a vital role in day-to-day operations, which will include opening and closing the store. Often, you will be making high-quality specialty coffee and beverages, and you will have set responsibilities that require strong time management skills. You will also assist with various kitchen duties, including:

Coffee making

Sandwich and burger making

Kitchen cleaning

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Serving customers

Training will be provided; however, prior experience and a culinary interest will be highly desirable.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of relevant experience as a barista working in a high-volume environment

Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or retail environment is desirable

Ability to manage time and communicate priorities/work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Excellent knowledge of relevant food health safety standards

This is a customer-facing position, so all applicants must be fluent in English

Your Availability

We are looking for someone with full availability to work, including early mornings (often from 6:00 AM).

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.23 – $27.77 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Work Location: In person
