Barista
At Manjimup Gateway Hotel, we provide variety of cuisines, including international mains and children’s menu. We are currently looking for a full-time experienced Barista to join our team.
Responsibilities
Crafting specialty espresso drinks and gourmet coffees while engaging with patrons to enhance their beverage experience
Handling sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems and balancing the till at shift end
Showcasing featured menu items and engaging guests with recommendations to boost visibility of offerings
Maintaining cleanliness of beverage stations, including polishing machines and keeping counters spotless
Refilling chilled units and restocking inventory to ensure seamless service throughout the day
Connecting beer kegs and calibrating beer lines to maintain optimal flow and freshness
Sanitizing cups and decanters and organizing the display of spirits and drinkware
Preparing small savory and sweet bites to accompany drink orders
Choosing premium coffee beans and grinding them to precise coarseness levels to suit different brews
To be successful in this role you will need the following.
· A positive, vibrant member to join our diverse team and be a team player.
· Minimum of 1 year’ experience
· MUST have a can do attitude.
Salary: $68,000 – 80,000 per year
Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
