As one of the first team members on board, you’ll play a key role in launching the café and shaping how we do things. You'll be dialling in, leading service behind the machine, and bringing great energy to every shift.

Responsibilities
Craft consistently excellent espresso and filter coffee
Set up, dial in, and maintain equipment
Provide friendly, fast, and attentive customer service
Support daily operations – opening, closing, cleaning, stock, etc.
Help develop systems and workflows during the pre-opening phase
Work closely with a tight-knit team in a brand new environment
