About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a skilled and energetic Front of House All-Rounder Barista to join our team in a very fast-paced café environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, delivers consistently high-quality coffee, and provides outstanding customer service—even during peak rush hours.
You’ll be the face of our café, crafting specialty coffee while also serving and connecting with our patrons. If you’re a team player with a passion for hospitality and the hustle of a busy service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks quickly and consistently during high-volume periods.
Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers with a professional attitude.
Take orders, operate POS systems, and manage transactions with speed and accuracy.
Assist with food and beverage service, including table running and clearing.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised barista station and front-of-house area.
Support the team across all service areas during peak times to keep operations smooth.
Communicate clearly with team members to ensure fast, coordinated service.
Follow all health and safety standards, including food hygiene practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a barista in a high-volume café or hospitality environment.
Strong ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work quickly without compromising quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident handling food and drinks service in a busy front-of-house setting.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
RSA certificate.
