Espresso Room is seeking multiple friendly, reliable, and quality-focused Barista / All-Rounders to join our team across multiple café locations in Canberra.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and take pride in delivering excellent coffee and service.
About the Role
As a Barista / All-Rounder, you will be an important part of our day-to-day operations. You may be required to work across multiple venues, depending on business needs, and will support the team in delivering consistent standards and a welcoming customer experience.
Each store will follow the same systems as each other, so moving from one site to another should be seamless and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
Provide warm, efficient, and professional customer service
Assist with food service, cleaning, and general café duties
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café
Follow systems, procedures, and quality standards
Support teammates and contribute to a positive workplace culture
About You
Minimum 1 year barista experience recommended
Comfortable working across different venues when required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to apply for required security or workplace clearances if needed
