About the Role:
You’ll be jumping between barista duties, customer service, and general café tasks. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every guest — whether that’s nailing a perfect flat white or keeping the front counter running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven barista experience in a fast-paced café environment
Confident with dial-ins, milk texturing, and service flow
Friendly, energetic and customer-focused attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Weekend availability essential (15–25 hours per week)
Must have Australian working rights
