O BAGEL is seeking FOH Team Leader to join our team at Brisbane store
The ideal candidate will be available to work 4-5 days a week.
Leading a Team: Managing and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service and maintaining a positive work environment.
Barista & Service Excellence: Crafting high-quality coffee and beverages with speed and precision, serving customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Daily Operations: Overseeing the opening and closing procedures, managing cash, and ensuring the shop is clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Customer Engagement: Greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and providing a bright, positive, and service-oriented experience.
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced Professionals: A minimum of 1 years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is essential.
Coffee & Beverage Skills: You don't need to be a professional barista, but experience making coffee and other beverages is highly valued.
Positive Attitude: We value a bright, positive, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine smile and a strong service mindset. You love working with people and thrive in a busy, friendly setting.
