Job Description
Batch espresso in balaclava is looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, engaging with customers, and contributing to the smooth operation of the café.
3-4 days per week 20 to 25 hours
one day weekend required.
Potential full time hours to the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and beverages to our customers.
Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently.
Ensure consistency in coffee quality and presentation.
Provide warm, friendly customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
Assist with general café duties as needed.
