• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including brewing equipment and dining areas
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
• Handle cash register operations and process transactions smoothly
• Restock supplies regularly to keep the service area well-equipped
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables to uphold a clean and welcoming environment
Experience
• Previous experience as a barista or server is required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is key.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is required.
