Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Server/ Barista to join the No Bad Days team. In this role, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and food items for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with consistency and care
Operate coffee equipment and keep the workstation clean and organized
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and assisting with a positive, problem-solving attitude
Maintain knowledge of menu items, food safety, and proper food handling procedures
Work closely with the team to create a positive and supportive work environment
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, engaging personality
Previous barista experience, including the ability to create latte art
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to help others
Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
