Position: Bartender / Bartender Assistant
Department: Beverage Department
Location: Kamla Mills Compound, Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Reports To: Chief Mixologist
Overview:
Join our Singapore-theme flagship Gastrobar in Mumbai, serving curated cocktails and cuisine inspired by Singapore and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation & Services
Assist with the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar equipment, glassware, and supplies.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure stock is rotated properly.
Ensuring smooth operations and efficient service.
Customer Services
Provide excellent customer service.
Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Admin & Collaborative Duties
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Work closely with other staff members, including waitstaff and kitchen personnel, to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Bar / Beverage section is preferred.
Basic knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passionate, responsible and keen for learning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
