Support your team to create a positive and infectious energy that excites guests.
Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for cocktails and beverages and a desire to continue to develop your knowledge.
Share your knowledge of our cocktails and drinks menu to create a unique and immersive drinking experience for our guests.
Deliver impeccable attention to detail for drinks preparation and presentation.
All bartenders will begin their journey on a training rate tronc, once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased.
