Job Summary

Duties
Greet and seat customers promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted.
Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are correct and presented well.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and making change as necessary.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, complaints, or requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor space throughout the shift.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service industry.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables and tasks during busy periods.
A willingness to learn about menu items and food preparation techniques is essential.
