Team Player Extraordinaire:
Mad about sports and can handle a pub rush like a pro? If your all about pouring pints and scoring goals, and you could be a part of the team. To secure your spot in The Sporting Globe Bar team, you'll need:
Proven experience as a Bartender mixing, serving and providing great customer service
Promoting our loyalty program to our customers
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Ability to change kegs, gas cylinders and post-mix syrups
A positive attitude and a friendly demeanour
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Support on the floor when required - All rounder
A love for sports is a huge plus!
How to Make the Starting Lineup:
A minimum of 2yrs Pub or Bar experience
Capable to thrive in a high energy work environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
RSA certificate, and TAB Certificate
