Mama Le x Rebel is a Vietnamse Fusion Restaurant. Located in Kensington 3031.
We are on the lookout for an experienced Bartender to join our team. Menu is cocktail focused.
What we are looking for:
Previous Experience preferred
Cocktail experience preferred
Wine knowledge but not essential - training can be provided
Adaptable and able to multi-task
Time management and organisational skills
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Friendly personality and team player
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Well presented, punctual and good attitude
Front of house experience would be advantageous
This role is mainly bar focused but days can include front of house duties.
Availability must be able to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights consistently.
