The Role
We are looking for a Bartender runner who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment and values being a part of a supportive team while taking the greatest of care in deliver the best experience to our guests.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non/alcoholic drinks in following the established recipes.
Make coffee.
Allocate deliveries in their assign areas.
Follow Health Department Regulations to always ensure a clean and organized bar area.
Maintain a safe bar environment.
Monitor Bar Inventory
Successfully complete opening and closing procedures.
This is a casual position. Casual pay starts at $31.23 per hour. Part time and full time positions are available for the right candidates.
Requirements
Valid Australian working rights
Valid NSW RSA
Fluent English
Excellent communication skills
Capacity to work well in a team but also independently without supervision
Well Organized
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to work well under pressure
Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
A positive attitude to customer service
Late afternoon/evenings and weekends availability
