Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and giving change.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
Understanding of food handling and food safety practices is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
