Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender / Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring that all Guests enjoy their time at our establishment. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food safety and handling standards.
REQUIREMENT:
Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
Experience as a server/ Bartender (3 years minimum).
Mixology or the ability to make traditional cocktails and Signature Cocktails
Punctuality and diligence in the performance of his duties.
Enjoys working as a team and
Wines and spirits knowledge.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Has the ability to handle Guest Complaints in a calm and rational manner.
Is proud and has a neat appearance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and wait station.
Monitor guest consumption of ******* and ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders .
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.
Operate the POS system and payment machine efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
